This subject is a 20 year old woman, 5"6" and 100 lbs. She wears a size 32 B bra, and wants to be a C cup. She is very pleased with her results.The approach is through a lower periareolar incision, and both 450 cc round smooth saline implants were placed under the muscle . She is seen here at 4 months as a full C-small D cup.
