Concern: Desires correction of bilateral capsular contractures resulting from augmentation 10 years ago by a different surgeon
Solution: Removal of subglandular, saline implants and capsules and simultaneous reaugmentation
New Implants: Mentor, smooth round silicone gel implants, right 400cc and left 375cc
New Placement: Subpectoral, through inframammary fold incisions
