4 months after augmentation 3 years post-op
After nursing and
bearing another child

This patient saw Dr. Gerson at age 23 before marriage or children. She had the surgery at age 28 after 2 pregnancies. The bottom left
photograph was taken 4 months after over the muscle, TUBA with 300 cc, smooth, round, Mentor, saline implants filled to 350 cc. The bottom right photograph shows the patient 3 years post-op, after nursing and bearing another child. Patient is considering a mastopexy but does not want the necessary incisions and scars.
