Bra Size:  34A to 34C to 34D

Comments:  Patient was a 34A prior to pregnancy and was a 36C during pregnancy.  Postpartum, patient went down to a 34A with minimal ptosis).  

(1) Breast augmentation with 375 cc smooth-wall, Saline, round, Mentor implants;
(2) Patient decided she wanted to be larger (full D).  Implants were exchanged for 550 cc smooth-wall, round, Mentor implants 32 years later. Patient is now a full 34 D.

Incision:  Inframammary
Placement:  Subpectoral
