Revision of breast augmentation.

Case history -- 35 year-old female, 5'4", 124 lbs. with 285 cc implants. She was unhappy with the contour deformity along the midline of her chest and desired larger size. Repair included removing the implants, revising the pocket, and replacing with 575cc. Mentor smooth saline implants inflated to 600 ccs.
