Revision of previous breast augmentation

Case history -- 20 year old-female, 5'9", 120 lbs. with a previous unsatisfactory breast augmentation. Repair consisted of removing her existing 375 cc. implants, revising the pocket, performing capsulorraphy (to prevent implants from moving toward the side), and replacing with 625cc. Mentor, smooth, round, saline implants filled to 660 cc., sub- pectoral position.
