This patient is a 37 year old female who had a breast reduction as a teen. She then had saline implants placed subglandularly. She came to us very unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. There was a large degree of rippling and a wide space between the breasts. A mastopexy was performed and 400 cc Mentor silicone implants were placed submuscularly. She is now D cup and is thrilled with her new look.
