Procedure:  Explantation of Silicone Breast Implants with Bilateral Capsulectomy

Details:  Pre-op view before removal is a view of patient 20 years after silicone breast augmentation who presented with painful and hard breasts.  Bilateral capsulectomy performed.  After photos are taken at 6 months post removal and mastopexy.
