Procedure:  Explantation of Silicone Breast Implants with Bilateral Capsulectomy

Details:  Pre-op view before removal is a view of patient 10 years after silicone breast augmentation who presented with painful and hard breasts.  Bilateral capsulectomy performed.  After photos are taken at 4 months post removal.  Band-Aid on right breast is covering exposed implant.
