Both Cases:

Pre-op: Previous Augmentation by another surgeon resulted in symmastia ("uniboob") where implant crosses the midline.

Post-op: Symmastia repair by Dr. Ciaravino (Houston, Texas) involved suturing the midline, capsuloraphy, and revision of the implant pocket
