Subject 389

This patient is a 35 y/o who wore a 36D bra and wished to be a DD and have her sagging (ptosis) corrected. She was augmented with 650cc round smooth implants placed beneath the muscle through a periareolar incision. She is shown here about 3 ½ months after her surgery.
