This patient wanted to regain her shape without appearing as if she obviously had surgery. Therefore, a small implant [300cc] in relation to her height was used. A good point to make here is that the larger implant you use, the more your breast will assume the shape of an implant. The smaller the implant, the more your breast shape will reflect what it was preoperatively.
Age: 44 (at time of surgery)
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 144 lbs.

Incision: Inframammary
