Subject 344

33 year-old woman with dense, hard, painful capsular contracture of both breasts.  Patient previously had smooth-wall silicone gel implants placed above the muscle (subglandular).  The implants were replaced with textured gel implants under the muscle.  The capsules were removed along with the implants.

Implants:  325 cc Mentor Siltex textured gel
Placement:  Submuscular
After Size:  34C
