Subject 333 - Reconstruction

Age: 52 (children)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 117 lbs.
Implants Left:  Textured, Round, 270 cc McGhan Gel
Implants Right:  Textured, Teardrop 540 McGhan Gel

Incisions Left:  Peri-areolar
Incisions Right:  Mastectomy Incision

Note:  This patient had a revision surgery of left mastopexy and right mastectomy.  Patient had a previous surgery elsewhere with saline prostheses.  She presented to Dr. Melvin wanting gel implants and balance.  A peri-areolar mastopexy was performed on the left and a reconstruction post-mastectomy was performed on the right.  Patient also had an abdominoplasty.
