31 year old, 5'4" ta;;, 105 lbs.   Patient has 2 children
Implants are smooth, round saline and were placed through the armpit and under the muscle
Patient received 325 cc inflated to 375 cc bringing her from a small B cup to a full C cup

Photos are 7 months after surgery
