Weight: 112 lbs.
Approach: Inframammary crease incision subglandular (over muscle)
Implants: Mentor Round Smooth 400cc Silicone
Outcome: 34 "D" cup
Photo Date: 5 months post-op and 3 1/2 years post-op

Comment: To avoid an otherwise needed mastopexy, implants were placed over the muscle with a large pocket to prevent capsule contracture. Subsequent follow-up photos show some further ptosis under the weight of the implants, but no bottoming-out, and they remain in place without problem at 9 years.
